尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的内皮保护功能研究

摘要 目的研究急性脑梗死发病后血清一氧化氮及内皮素1水平及尤瑞克林治疗后二者的变化,探讨其作用机制。方法收集100例急性脑梗死患者,治疗组50例、对照组50例,分别于治疗前及治疗后7天采取血液标本,采用放射免疫法及硝酸还原法测定NO及ET1,比较治疗组与对照组血清NO及ET1水平变化,治疗前及治疗后14天进行神经功能评估,治疗后3个月进行日常生活能力评估,比较近期疗效及远期预后。结果两组患者在治疗后7天,NO水平均有不同程度的升高,ET1水平均有不同程度的降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组治疗后NIHSS评分降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性期应用尤瑞克林能显著升高NO水平,降低ET1水平,早期改善症状,为防治脑梗死进展提供新的理论依据。 Objective To study the changes of nitric oxide and endothelin in acute cerebral infarction serum hormone levels and 1 Yuri Franklin after treatment of the two, to explore its mechanism of action.Methods 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, 50 cases in the treatment group, 50 cases in the control group, respectively, before treatment and after treatment in the 7 days to take blood samples, using radioimmunoassay and nitrate reduction method for determination of NO and ET1, the treatment group compared with the control group, serum NO and ET1 level changes in nerve function evaluation, 14 days of treatment before and after treatment, to evaluate the ability of daily life after 3 months of treatment, compare the curative effect and prognosis.Results the two groups of patients after treatment for 7 days, NO levels increased in varying degrees, reduce the level of ET1 in varying degrees, the difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). The NIHSS score was lower in treatment group and control group after treatment, there was signiifcant difference between two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion acute application of Yuri Franklin could signiifcantly increase the level of NO, decrease the level of ET1, the early symptoms, provide a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
