摘要
以常用的机床工作台自动往返电路为例,介绍了利用PLC将继电控制系统进行改造的分析与设计方法,使学生在学完"继电控制系统的运行与维护"与"PLC控制系统的运行与维护"课程后,具备分析2种系统的共同点、优缺点及改造的能力,提高综合能力。
Taking the common machine tool workbench automatically return circuit as an example, this paper describes the use of PLC analysis and design method of relay control system reformation. The aim is to make students have ability to analyze the common, merits and demerits of the two kinds of systems after learning the two courses -- Operation and Maintenance for Relay Control System and PLC , and then improve their comprehensive ability.
