摘要
通过含碳球团造球实验,研究了水分、粘结剂、配碳量、石灰石配加量等条件对球团强度指标的影响。实验结果表明最佳造球条件为:造球水分为8%,玉米淀粉有机粘结剂配加量为2%(无机粘结剂Na OH浓度为0.5%),配碳量C/O为1.0。实验证明,该条件下生产的含碳球团强度指标可以满足环形加热炉生产粒铁的要求。
The pelletizing experiment of carbon - bearing pellets is carried on to analyze the factors on the strength of pellet, such as water, binder, carbon/oxygen mole ratio, and limestone adding amount. The result shows that the optimal ball - making process is water 8%, corn starch organic binder addition 2% ( inorganic binder NaOH concentration is 0.5%), carbon rate C/O 1.0. The experiment has proved that the production under such condition of the carbon - bearing pellet strength index can meet requirements of the ring - shaped heating furnace production of granular iron.
