摘要
针对某大型盾构隧道接头采用不对称沟槽,给出了对孔排布与错孔排布这两种不同形式的弹性密封垫型式,并建立了其单压模型以及错位压缩模型。通过有限元模拟求解分析,指出在密封垫优化设计中,应充分考虑弹性密封垫自身的稳定性;在压缩量较大时,对孔排布断面的稳定性明显不如错孔排布断面;对于不对称沟槽,弹性密封垫优化时应优先考虑错孔排布的密封垫型式。
Base on the asymmetric groove used in a large shield tunnel joint, two different forms:the elastic gasket aligned hole arrangement and the stagger hole arrangement are put forward. After building a single section compression model and the dislocation compression model for each elastic gasket type, through finite element solution analysis, the stability of elastic sealing gasket in optimal designis specially pointed out. When the compressed value is larger, the stability of aligned hole arrangement elastic gasket is obviously weaker compared to that in stagger hole arrangement. So, in the case of asymmetric groove,when optimizing the elastic sealing gasket, the priority should be given to the stagger hole arrangement.
