摘要
在核电厂中ECP盘作为一种手操作模式，可以保证在计算机系统完全故障不可用的情况下，启动相应的安全系统，因此其逻辑实现的正确与否对核电厂安全运行有着非常重要的作用。文章以福清核电厂1号机组1KCSll9AR中的ECP逻辑为例，介绍了基于Test Panel的ECP逻辑测试过程。包括：测试目的、测试原理、测试方法等几个方面。其中的重点内容是测试原理中的逻辑分析以及Test Panel这种测试装置的使用方法。通过了解逻辑分析方法，可以懂得测试用例的编写方法，这样有利于我们在测试中快速发现和解决异常，保证工作的质量与效率；Test Panel这种测试装置可以保证测试的准确性并提高测试效率。
The ECP （Emergency Control Panel） is used by the operator, and its controls shall be permanently visible, rapidly ac- cessible and its direct manual actuation should be possible in every plant situation, so the correct relay logic of ECP is very impor- tant for nuclear power plant. This article takes 1KCS119AR relay logic of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 as an example, intro- duces the relay logic test purpose, test theory and test method. The main task in this text is the logic analysis and the application of Test Panel through the logic analysis, we could master the test case creation as well as find and solve the anomalies rapidly, and the application of Test Panel could guarantee the test quality and productivity, it will be widely used in test area.
