摘要
目的探讨防护督查机制在埃博拉诊疗中心管理中的作用,探索防护督查机制对确保防护隔离制度执行、保障医务人员防护安全的作用和有效模式。方法在制定8项防护隔离相关制度的基础上,建立防护督查制度、防护督查体系、工作模式以及评价措施。结果分析2014年12月5日—2015年1月18日中国埃博拉诊疗中心防护督查工作情况,并进行前后期比较,发现通过建立完善的防护督查机制,能有效地纠正和减少防护隔离制度执行中的问题和失误,督促医务人员规范执行相关制度和流程。结论防护督查机制是烈性传染病医院中进行防护质量控制的必要举措,对督促医务人员严格执行防护隔离相关制度、确保"零感染"具有切实有效的作用。
Objective To explore the function of the protective supervision mechanism in the Ebola treatment unit,and to explore the effect and effective method of the protective supervision mechanism ensuring the implementation of protection and isolation regulation and the safety of medical staff. Methods The protection regulations,supervision system,operation procedures and evaluation measures have been established,based on the 8 protecting and isolating rules. Results The working condition of the protective supervision mechanism in China Ebola treatment unit from Dec.5,2014 to Jan. 18 2015 is analyzed and the comparison before and after the treatment is done. It is found that the establishment of perfect protection supervision system can significantly reduce the improper operation and promote the observing of the relative regulations. Conclusion The establishment of supervision mechanism is an effective prevention and control measure in the acute infectious diseases hospitals. It plays a vital role in assuring the implementation of protection regulations and the achievement of ＂zero infection＂.
