基于Entropy-Topsis模型的石油企业自主创新能力评价研究——以胜利油田为例

摘要 资源约束限制了中国的石油生产,石油供需缺口的增大以及对外依存度的提高,使得石油供需矛盾成为中国经济发展的制约因素,提升石油企业的自主创新能力是解决供求矛盾的唯一出路。以胜利油田为例,从投入能力、研发能力、生产能力和持续支撑能力四个方面构建石油企业自主创新能力评价指标体系,运用Entropy-Topsis模型对胜利油田近年来的自主创新能力进行了实证分析。实证研究表明,石油企业应采取推进人才强企战略、拓宽融资渠道、建立产业技术创新联盟等措施,以提升自主创新能力。 Oil production in China is affected by resource constraints, which lead to the oil gap and improvement of external dependency. Oil shortage is gradually becoming the key factor to restrict China's economic development, and enhancing the independent innovation ability of petroleum enterprises is the only way to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand. Taking Shengli Oilfield for example, this paper makes up evaluation index system in four areas, like input capacity, research and development capacity, production capacity, and continued ability to support. Then it makes empirical analysis of the independent innovation capacity in recent years based on Entropy-Topsis model. In order to improve its independent innovation ability, petroleum enterprises should adopt talent thriving enterprise strategies, broaden the financing channels, and establish industry technology innovation alliance.
