摘要
如何进一步认识继续教育的作用 ,深化继续教育的改革 ,提升继续教育的整体效率 ,为国民素质的全面提高、人才的全面发展 ,创造一个良好的内外部环境 ,是各级政府、教育主管部门以及成人教育的主办者必须引以关注的问题。本文从继续教育的理念、形式、内容、质量、投入、评估等六个制约继续教育效率的因素出发 ,较全面地阐述了各自的现状。
