腹腔镜肠粘连松解术的应用体会 被引量：9

摘要 粘连性肠梗阻是普外科的常见疾病,通常占肠梗阻病例总数的40%～60%[1],其中80%为手术引起[2]。传统的治疗方法是禁食、胃肠减压、输液等非手术治疗及开腹肠粘连松解术,而治疗后反复再发肠梗阻困扰着医生与患者。我院自2008年3月采用腹腔镜手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻38例,取得了满意疗效,现总结体会如下。1资料和方法1.1临床资料本组38例患者中男21例,女17例。
