摘要
3μm波段的激光在激光医疗等领域发挥着重要的作用,同时鉴于光纤激光器的突出优点,使研究3μm波段的光纤激光器具有极高的应用价值。本文从不同的掺杂稀土离子角度对3μm波段光纤激光器的工作原理和研究状况进行了简要概述,介绍了几种不同离子掺杂的ZBLAN光纤激光器。最后分析了当前3μm波段光纤激光器发展所面临的问题和今后的研究方向。
The 3 μm laser plays an important role in the laser medicine. Owing to the potential of fiber laser,the research on 3 μm fiber laser has great significance and value. The principle and research progress of the 3 μm fiber laser doped different rare earth ions are summarized,and several ZBLAN fiber lasers doped different ions are introduced. At the end,the faced problems of the 3 μm fiber laser are analyzed,and development tendency in the future is pointed out.
