Objective : To explore the effect and feasibility of multidisciplinary teamwork training mode in clinical rescue of obstet- ric emergent and severe diseases. Methods: Theoretical lecturing about common obstetric emergent and severe diseases was performed a- mong the doctors, multiple interactive workshops simulating obstetric emergent and severe situations were established, the doctors could make judgment and decisions and begin to practice and operate; the doctors were assessed before and after training. Results: After training, the theoretical knowledge, operating skills, emergency response capacity, communicational ability, teaming and collaboration ability of the doc- tors were improved significantly compared before training (P〈0. 05) ; the questionnaire showed that 92. 50% of the doctors considered that the training was helpful in improvement of obstetric theoretical knowledge, 95.00% of the doctors considered that the training could improve clinical practical skills, all the doctors considered that the training could improve emergency response capacity. Conclusion: Muhidiscipli- nary teamwork training mode can significantly improve theoretical knowledge, emergency response capacity, teaming and collaboration ability of the doctors, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
