快速溶剂萃取-离子色谱法测定富营养化水域土壤中的磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐 被引量:4

Simultaneous determination of phosphate and phosphite in soil of eutrophic water by accelerated solvent extraction-ion chromatography

摘要 目的建立富营养化水域土壤中的磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐的快速溶剂萃取-离子色谱电导检测方法。方法土壤样品经快速溶剂萃取后,过0.22μm的微孔滤膜和C_(18)预处理小柱后直接进样分析。离子色谱条件为Dionex IonPac AG23(50 mm×4 mm)阴离子保护柱和Dionex IonPac AG23(250 mm×4 mm)阴离子分析柱,以4.0 mmol/L Na2CO3,1.0 mmol/LNaHCO_3和1.5 mmol/L NaOH溶液为淋洗液,自动再生抑制电导检测器检测。结果磷酸盐的线性范围为0.03 mg/L^2.5 mg/L,r≥0.999,亚磷酸盐线性范围为0.05 mg/L^3.0 mg/L,r≥0.999,加标平均回收率为95.8%~103.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤5.0%。结论该方法操作简便、实用性强、结果可靠,适用于富营养化水域土壤中的磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐的检测。 Objective To develop a simple method for the simultaneous determination of phosphate and phosphite in soil of eu- trophic water by accelerated solvent extraction - ion chromatography with conductivity detection. Methods Soil samples were extracted with accelerated solvent and then filtrated through 0.22 μm membrane filter and Cls pretreated the little column and then analyzed directly. The chromatographic separation was performed on Dionex IonPac AG23 (50 mm x 4 mm) guard column and Dionex IonPac AS23 (250 mm ×4 mm) analytical column using 4.0 mmol/L Na2CO3, 1.0 mmoL/L NaHCO3 and 1.5 mmol/L NaOH as eluent with a self - regeneration suppressor. Results Phosphate had a correlation coefficient of r ≥ 0.999 in the range of 0.03 mg/L - 2.5 mg/L and phosphite exhibited correlation coefficient of r ≥ 0. 999 in the range of 0.05 mg/L - 3.0 mg/L. The recoveries of the method was in the range of 95.8% - 103.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, practical, and reliable. It can be used for the simultaneous determination of phosPhate and phosphite in soil of eutrophic water.
