摘要
基于高职高专人才培养模式改革,笔者对高职院校医学美容专业应用型人才职业素质的培养现状进行分析,探索高职院校医学美容应用型人才职业素质的培养方案,从加强高职大学生职业素质,包括道德素质、创新素质、心理素质、职业文化素质;提高高职高专院校教育教学质量,包括将高职院校的教育教学突出以就业为导向的核心地位、改善教学设施与管理模式、对毕业生进行质量追踪等方面进行研究与实践思考,推动高职生职业素质培养的可持续发展。
The reform of talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the occupation quality, current situation of the training of medical cosmetology vocational colleges professional applied talents training scheme analysis,explore the occupation quality of medical cosmetology vocational colleges applied talents, from the strengthening of vocational college students occupation quality, including moral quality, innovation quality, psychological quality,cultural quality of occupation;To improve higher vocational education quality,including the education and teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges emphasize the core position,take the employment as the guidance of the improvement of teaching facilities and management,quality tracking of graduates in research and practice,and promote the sustainable development of Higher Vocational Students＆#39; occupation quality cultivation.
