摘要
采用国际通用的康奈尔医学指数(CMI)量表调查师范院校大学生心理亚健康现状,探索影响大学生心理亚健康的因素,以期为预防及治疗心理亚健康提供科学的依据.结果显示:调查的大学生存在心理亚健康状况的比例为16.5%,男生心理亚健康发生率显著低于女生(P<0.05),农村学生心理亚健康发生率显著高于城镇学生(P<0.01),大学一年级和大学四年级学生心理亚健康发生率显著高于大学二年级和大学三年级学生(P<0.01).研究认为,师范院校大学生心理健康状况整体良好,但女生、农村学生、大学一年级和大学四年级学生的心理健康水平相对较低,必须引起一定程度的重视.
By Cornell Medical Index （CMI）,a survey is conducted among normal university students to collect information about their mental sub-health status and influential factors for the purpose of providing scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of mental sub-health state. Results show that the incidence rate of mental sub-health is 16.5% （307/1863）;male students have significantly lower incidence rate of metal sub-health than female students （P〈0.05）;rural students have significantly higher incidence rate of mental sub-health than urban students （P〈0.01）;freshmen and seniors have significantly higher incidence rate of metal sub-health than sophomores and juniors （P〈0.01）. Conclusion can be drawn that the mental health status of normal university students is good as a whole,but the level of mental health of female stu-dents,freshmen,seniors and rural students is lower than others,which calls for attention.
