摘要
采用双螺杆挤出共混法,将聚乳酸(PLA)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和滑石粉(Talc)熔融共混挤出造粒,然后通过吹塑成型的方法制备共混吹塑薄膜,研究了共混改性PLA试样的微观结构和结晶性能,及共混改性吹塑薄膜的力学性能。结果表明,随PEG含量的增加,共混改性PLA的结晶度增加,共混薄膜的拉伸强度和拉伸模量逐渐下降,断裂伸长率逐渐上升;加入Talc后,共混改性PLA的结晶度提高,结晶度最高可达49.32%,同时结晶速率提高,力学性能得到改善。
By using a twin-screw extrusion blending method, polylactic acid (PLA), polyethylene glycol (PEG) and talcum powder (Talc) were melt blended and extruded to granulate, and then the blend was blow molded to the blend blown film. The microstructure and crystallization properties of the modified PLA and the mechanical properties of the blow film were investigated. The results indicated that with the increasing of PEG content, the erystallinity of the modified PLA increased, the tensile strength and tensile modulus of the blown films decreased gradually with the elongation at break increaseding gradually. Addition of Talc helped improve the crystallinity up to 49.32% , and also the crystallization rate and mechanical properties were increased at the same time.
