摘要
目的观察应用肩胛上神经阻滞配合中药验方内服外熏治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院确诊的肩周炎患者85例,给予肩胛上神经阻滞术配合中药验方内服外熏治疗,观察临床效果。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间6个月以上,治愈71例,显效12例,好转1例,无效1例,总有效率98.8%。结论肩胛上神经阻滞配合中药验方内服外熏治疗肩周炎非常有效,具有操作简单、安全,复发率低等优点,并且可以尽快修复受损组织,恢复关节功能等,值得临床推广。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of suprascapular nerve block plus oral prescription medicine and external smoke of TCM on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients. Methods：85 patients were treated with seapular nerve block technique and TCM oral prescription and external smoke and their clinical effects were observed. Results：All patients were followed up for 6 months or more, among which 71 patients cured, 12 patients markedly improved, 1 patient improved and 1 patient had no effect. The total effective rate was 98. 8%. Conelusion：The suprascapular nerve block plus TCM oral prescription medicine and external smoke treatment is very effective, simple and safe, with low recurrence rate, and ean repair damaged tissue as soon as possible and restore joint function, worthy of application.
