摘要
利用Abaqus软件Atom模块,采用变密度法在体积约束下对铁路货车铸造金型模具芯盒框进行结构拓扑优化。以拓扑优化的结果作为芯盒框结构的设计依据,运用逆向工程技术对芯盒框进行逆向重构。结果表明,在保证强度要求下,采用拓扑优化方法使得芯盒框减重21.8%,对进一步铸造模具及其部件的优化设计提供参考。
Based on the variable density method, structural topological optimization of box core frame for railway wagons castings were studied by Atom modules of Abaqus software under the constraint of volume. According to the results of topological optimization, the box core frame was reconstructed using reverse engineering techniques. The results show that the mass of the box core frame is decreased by 21.8% under ensuring strength requirement.
