摘要
选用STMMA(聚苯乙烯甲基丙烯酸甲酯)泡沫珠粒模样,降低铸钢件表面增碳量,成型珠粒预发密度控制在(18±0.5)g/L,预发泡温度96~105℃,预发泡筒内压力控制在3.8×104~4.2×104Pa,预发泡时间70~75 s;使用淋涂泵淋涂改进后的涂料,分两次淋涂,并改进烘烤工艺;埋箱造型震实参数选取预加砂高度为250 mm;采用水平和垂直方向震实力,总震实时间不超过130 s;利用带轨道电动行走火焰切割机切割浇冒口等工艺,生产出品质合格的装载机拉杆头铸钢件。
Selecting the STMMA (Polystyrene methyl methacrylate)foam beads, reducing the increased-carbon on the surface of steel castings, controlling the pret-expansion density of forming bead in (18±0.5) g/L, the pre-expansion temperature in about 96 -105 ℃, the pressure within the pre-expansion cylinder in 3.8 × 104 - 4.2 ×104 Pa, the time ofpre-expansion in about 70 - 75 s; and using spray pump to spray the coating of the improved coating, two-times curtain coating, and improving the baking process; selectqmg the additive height of 250 mm in sand buried box modelling vibrated parameters with the horizontal and the vertical direction vibration, and the total vibrated time within 130 s; using electric flame cutting machine to cut the risers, qualified quality loader rod head castings are manufactured.
