摘要
通过实验方法及实践经验,分析了含氮量对铸造用呋喃树脂常温强度、热强度、韧性、铸件缺陷、树脂价格及环境等方面的影响,并据此得出如何根据实际生产的铸件,选择质优价廉的树脂,同时避免或减少铸件缺陷的产生。
According to experiment and practice experience, the effect of N content on the cold strength, thermal strength, toughness, casting defects, resin prices and environment aspects of furan resin used for casting was analyzed. And the method to choose furan resin with high quality and low price according to the actual production castings was obtained, at the same to avoid or reduce casting defects.
