摘要
目的：对颈鞘淋巴结多层螺旋ct检测及意义进行分析与探讨。方法选取100名2013年2月-2014年12月由于外伤在我院就诊的患者，对其实施多层螺旋CT扫描，对患者颈鞘淋巴结数目、分布部位、大小等进行测量，并对患者进行半年的随访观察。结果检测出颈鞘淋巴结短轴直径超过3 mm 患者有45例，其中20例检测出超过5个淋巴结，23例检测出淋巴结位于患者颈内淋巴结上区。患者淋巴结平均直径为4.5 mm。结论研究表明，多层螺旋CT能够正确检测出颈鞘淋巴结数目、分布部位以及大小等。
ObjectiveThe purpose of carotid sheath lymph node multislice ct detection and significance were analyzed and discussed.Methods To select 100 in February 2013 to December 2014 due to trauma patients in our hospital, the implementation of multislice CT scan, the number of lymph nodes in patients with carotid sheath, parts distribution, size, and so on to measure, and follow-up of patients with half a year.Results To detect the carotid sheath lymph nodes short axis has 45 patients with more than 3 mm in diameter, in which 20 cases were detected more than 5 lymph nodes, 23 cases detected in patients with lymph node area on internal jugular lymph node. Lymph nodes in patients with an average diameter of 4.5 mm. ConclusionStudy shows that the MDCT can correctly detect the carotid sheath lymph node number, distribution position and size, and so on.
