超声弹性成像与常规超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的对照研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对常规超声和超声弹性成像诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的价值进行分析与探讨。方法选取100例2013年9月-2014年9月在我院检查的患者,对获手术病理证实的121个甲状腺结节常规超声与超声弹性成像检查结果进行回顾性分析与对比。结果121个结节中,超声弹性成像诊断准确111个,常规超声74个,相比于常规超声,超声弹性成像诊断甲状腺结节良恶性的阴性预测值、特异性、阳性预测值、敏感性、诊断符合率均比较高,且差异性比较明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论研究表明,超声弹性成像能够有效鉴别诊断甲状腺结节良恶性。 ObjectiveThe purpose of the value of conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were analyzed and discussed.Methods 100 cases in February 2013-September 2014 patients in our hospital to check on the eligible pathologically confirmed 121 thyroid nodules routine ultrasound elastography and ultrasound findings were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results 121 nodules, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound elastography 111, routine ultrasound 74, compared to conventional ultrasound, ultrasound elastography diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules negative predictive value, specificity, positive predictive value, sensitivity, diagnosis rate is relatively high, and the difference is obvious, P 〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion The study shows that ultrasound elastography can effectively discriminate between benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
