摘要
目的：对上消化道出血患者的临床护理方法以及护理效果进行研究，并总结护理体会。方法选取于2014年3月～2015年1月期间在我院接受治疗的41例上消化道出血患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析，并对护理方法以及护理体会进行总结。结果经过常规护理、饮食护理、心理护理、健康教育等一系列的护理措施后，患者上消化道出血疾病相关知识掌握率为92.7%，治疗配合度为95.1%；所有患者病情都得到了控制并且好转，最后全部痊愈出院。结论对上消化道出血患者给予一系列科学、合理的护理措施能够提高治疗效果，能够使患者积极配合医生和护理人员的工作。
Objective To explore clinical nursing method and its effect in treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and then summarize nursing experience. Methods Reviewed and analyzed clinical nursing data and selected from 41 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were received and treated in hospital from March 2014 to January 2015 and then made a summary of nursing method and nursing experience. Results With a series of nursing care including conventional nursing,dietary nursing,psychological nursing and health education,patients’mastery of upper gastrointestinal bleeding knowledge were up to 92.7%and patients’adaptability was up to 95.1%,al of patients’il ness have been control ed and improved and they were discharged from hospital final y. Conclusion A series of scientific and proper nursing methods is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy and assisting patients to cooperate wel with nursing staff.
