摘要
目的：探讨福辛普利用于心力衰竭治疗的效果研究。方法选取2013年9月～2014年10月我院接诊的44例心力衰竭患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，23例实验组给予福辛普利钠片，21例对照组给予比索洛尔片，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗好转率、心功能改善情况及不良反应的发生率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论福辛普利用于心力衰竭治疗的效果显著，可以有效提高患者的心功能，改善心肌缺血情况。
Objective Fosinopril medication effect in treatment of heart failure is to be studied. Methods Selectd 44 patients of heart failure who were treated in hospital from September 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to their hospitalization sequence,twenty-three patients in study group were given fosinopril medication treatment,while 21 patients in control group were given bisoprolol medication treatment and then observed and compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy and cardiac function improvements,and side-effect incidence in study group were much better than counterparts in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fosinopril medication is of efficiency in treatment of heart failure,it is conducive to improving patients’cardiac function and promoting their myocardial ischemia symptoms.
