摘要
本文介绍在恒定应力加速寿命试验下负二项抽样模型,参数带有验前负对数 Gamma分布,验前Bata分布及无信息验前分布时,对产品可靠性作Bayes分析。主要结果有定理1、2,最后给出算例。
This paper doals with Bayes analysis of the reliability of products. The ana- lysis was carried under constant stress accelerated life testing with a negative binomial sampling model, of which the parameters showing prior negative logarith- mie gamma distribution, prior beta distribution and noninformation prior dis- tribution. The main results are conclnded as Theorem 1 and 2. The examples are given finally.
