摘要
目的探讨产科分娩室人性化护理服务对护理质量和产妇满意度的影响。方法将本院收治的120例产妇按照随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,每组均60例,对照组产妇实施常规健康教育,观察组产妇则在对照组基础上实施人性化护理服务,比较2组产妇护理质量和患者满意度。结果观察组产妇人性化护理服务的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的产褥期管理相关知识掌握度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务能够显著缓解产妇焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高产妇满意度及相关知识的认知度。
Objective To explore the influence of humanized nursing on nursing quality and satisfaction in childbirth room of obstetrics department. Methods A total of 120 puerperae in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine health education while the observation group implemented humanistic nursing based on the control group. The nursing quality and patients' satisfaction were compared. Results The Selfrating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score and Self - rating Depression Scale (SDS) score in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, which was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The mastery of management knowledge in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing could relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and raise satisfaction and awareness of knowledge.
