摘要
目的对TP-ELISA,TP-PA,TRUST3种梅毒检测方法进行比较,根据各试验的优点和不足,选择一种常规梅毒筛查的理想方法。方法以TP-ELISA,TPPA,TRUST同时检测样本2115例。结果 ELISA阳性者80例,检出率3.8%(80/2115),TP-ELISA阳性同时TPPA阳性77例,符合率96.2%(77/80),TP-ELISA阳性,TPPA阴性3例,假阳性率为3.75%(3/80)。TRUST阳性20例,符合率25%(20/80),TRUST阴性60例,占75%(60/80)。3例ELISA阳性TPPA阴性的TRUST检测结果均为阴性。结论 TP-ELISA可作为梅毒筛查的理想方法。
Objective To compare three kinds of syphilis examination methods, they are TP - ELISA, TP - PA and TRUST. On the basis of advantages and disadvantages of every test to choose perfect one for conventional screening of syphilis. Methods Using TP - ELISA, TP - PA and TRUST exam 2115 cases. Results In total TP - ELISA positive samples are 80, positive rate is 3.8% （80/2115）. Both TP - ELISA and TP - PA positive samples are 77, confirm rate is 96. 2% （77/80）. TP -ELISA positive and TP -PA negative samples are 3 ,TP -ELISA false positive rate is3.75% （3/ 80 ）. Among TP -ELISA positive samples, TRSUT positive Samples are 20 cases, confirm rate is 25 % （20/80）, the other 60samples＇TRUST results are negative The rate is 70. 75% （60/80）. Conclusions TP - ELISA is perfect method for conventional Screening of syphilis.
