摘要
对鼻渊通窍颗粒中野菊花、苍耳子的薄层鉴别及蒙花苷含量的高效液相色谱法测定进行了实验研究．结果表明，薄层色谱鉴别专属性强，斑点清晰；高效液相色谱条件下蒙花苷与其他成分能达到良好的分离，在0．045～0．615μg 范围内线性关系良好，蒙花苷回收率为101．3％．认为上述方法所得结果可靠，可用于鼻渊通窍颗粒的质量鉴定．
An experimental study has been taken to identify wild chrysanthemum and cocklebur by TLC,and the content of linarin in pellets by HPLC.The results show that the TLC identification is specific and the spots are clear .The linarin is well -separated and the calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.045 ～0.615 μg, with the average recovery of 101 .3%.The results are reliable and can be used for quality identification of Biyuan-tongqiao pellets.
