摘要
工程管理是建筑企业在进行工程建设时的一项重要工作内容，其对于保证建筑工程质量、实现工程建设效益具有重要影响。本文对建筑工程管理中几种新型管理模式进行了探讨，希望能够为建筑工程管理水平提供帮助。
The project management is an important content in construction of construction enterprises. It is crucial to the qu- ality of construction projects and the effectiveness of constru- ction engineering. In this paper, the author discussed several new management mode of construction project management, hoping to provide help for construction project management.
