摘要
近年来,帕金森病的发病率逐年增长,但治疗上仍以传统的口服药物为主,长期单一药物治疗可出现严重的副作用。目前辅助治疗日益显现出重要的作用,其中针灸成为多数临床医师及患者的首选。笔者阅读大量相关文献,关于针灸治疗帕金森病的报道日益增多,其中头电针治疗帕金森病的文献较多,临床疗效明显。现介绍近年来头电针治疗帕金森病临床研究的概况,为该病的治疗提供更多临床参考。
The incidence of Parkinson’ s disease is increasing year by year,and the treatment is still prefer to the traditional oral drugs. Butlong-term single drug treatment may cause serious side effects.Presently, the adjuvant therapy plays an important role gradually, and acupuncture has become most clinicians and patients preferred.Reviewing lots of relative literatures,acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’ s diseasewas reported increasing and had obvious clinical effects, including large numbers of literatures of scalp electro-acupuncture for treatment of Parkinson’ s disease.This article summarized general situation of clinical study on scalp electro-acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’ s disease recently in order to provide more reference for the further clinical treatment and research.
