摘要
产业集群的技术创新是我国技术创新体系的主要形式之一。创新信息是集群技术创新的主要资源基础,创新信息作用的发挥依赖于其在集群创新系统内的流动,创新信息在流动过程中其自身价值也在不断的进化。文章在分析了创新信息在集群创新系统内流动过程和特性的基础上,将创新信息的进化过程分为信息转移、信息整合和信息进化3个演化阶段,研究了各阶段运行的内在机理,初步构建了基于信息流动的创新信息演化的理论分析框架。
The technical innovation of industrial cluster is one of the main forms of technical innovation system in China. Innovation information is the chief resource foundation of cluster technology innovation. Giving full play to the function of innovation information relies on its flow within the technical innovation system of cluster. The value of innovation information is continuously evolved in the flow process. On the basis of analyzing the flow process and features of innovation information within the system of cluster, this paper divides the evolution process of innovation information into 3 stages： information transfer, information integration and information evolution. The paper also studies the inner running mechanism at each stage and preliminarily establishes a theoretical analysis frame for innovation information evolution based on information flow.
