摘要
目的:探讨参附注射液联合地塞米松治疗感染性休克的治疗效果及应用价值。方法:选择感染性休克患者76例,采取随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予地塞米松治疗,治疗组联合参附注射液治疗,记录两组治疗情况。结果:治疗组治愈10例,显效18例,有效6例,无效4例;对照组治愈4例,显效10例,有效7例,无效17例,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后尿量(177.43±13.56)mL/h,乳酸清除率(3.29±0.44)mmol/L;对照组治疗后尿量(103.54±8.64)mL/h,乳酸清除率(4.45±0.83)mmol/L,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后TNF-α(3.45±0.87)μg/L,IL-6(167.65±21.34)pg/mL;对照组治疗后TNF-α(7.64±1.45)μg/L,IL-6(261.54±32.89)pg/mL,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合地塞米松治疗感染性休克临床疗效可靠,能够降低血乳酸浓度,减轻体内炎症反应。
Objective：Explore and shenfu injection with dexamethasone therapy of septic shock treatment effect and application value .Methods ：Choose the hospital treatment of 76 cases of patients with septic shock to random number table method was divided into observation group and control group ,control group given dexamethasone therapy ,observa‐tion group combined with injection treatment ,two groups of treatment .Result ：Observation group ,10 cases were cured , 18 cases were markedly effective ,effective 6 cases ,4 cases were invalid;control group 4 cases were cured ,10 cases were markedly effective ,effective 7 cases ,17 were invalid ,comparing differences between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0 .05） .Observation group after treatment （177 .43 ± 13 .56） of urine mL/h ,lactate clearance rate （3 .29 ± 0 .44） tendency/L ;control group after treatment （103 .54 ± 8 .64） of urine mL/h ,lactate clearance rate （4 .45 ± 0 .83） tenden‐cy for L ,comparing differences between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0 .05） .The observation group after treatment TNF alpha （3 .45 ± 0 .87） mu g/L ,IL‐6 （167 .65 ± 21 .34） pg/mL ;the control group after treatment TNF alpha （7 .64 ± 1 .45） mu g/L ,IL‐6 （261 .54 ± 32 .89） pg/mL ,comparing differences between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0 .05） .Conclusion：Used Shenfu injection combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of septic shock clinical curative effect is reliable ,can reduce blood lactic acid concentration ,reduce inflammation in the body ,is worth popularizing in clinical use .
