摘要
目的:探究益气化瘀法治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效,为后期临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院门诊收入的200例晚期老年非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组各100例。结果:两组患者经治疗后的总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者经治疗后体能的KPS评分的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀法应用于临床治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌可显著改善患者的病情,值得在后期临床治疗中进一步推广及应用。
Objective： To explore the TCM treatment for elderly advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： 200 elderly patients were divided into research group and control group,100 cases each. Results： There was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05） between the curative effects; physical KPS score after treatment in both groups were statistically different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Yiqi Huayu therapy for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the condition, is worth further promotion.
