摘要
目的:对针刀疗法在治疗椎间盘源性腰疼的临床疗效进行探求。方法:选择2012年1月-2012年8月腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,分为针刀组和对照组,对两组疗效进行比较,以此剖析针刀疗法在治疗椎间盘源性腰疼的效果。结果:对两组治疗进行比较,针刀组患者临床治愈为5例,显效15例,总治愈率为96.7%,对照组患者临床治愈为2例,显效9例,总治愈率为76.7%。结论:针刀疗法操作简单,易于把握,效果明显,患者痛苦小,无副作用,值得临床推行。
Objective：To explore knife acupuncture for discogenic back pain c. Methods：60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided knife and control groups. Results：In the knife group five cases were cured, effective in 15 cases, with a total cure rate was 96.7%; In the control group, the overall curative rate was 76.7%. Conclusion： knife acupuncture was easy to operate, grasp the obvious effect, with little side effects, is worthy of implementation.
