摘要
目的:探讨Spiral CT三维图像重建系统在复杂性颌面部骨折诊断中的意义。方法:对48例颌面部复杂性骨折患者行颌面部CT三维重建,多方位、多视角观察Spiral CT三维重建的效果。结果:Spiral CT三维重建图像清晰,直观立体的反映骨折的部位、类型、骨折断段移位的方向和距离以及周围组织空间位置关系。结论:Spiral CT三维重建对颌面部多发性、复杂性骨折具有独特的诊断价值。
Objective: To Study the value of three dimensional CT image on the diagnosis of the complicated maxillofacial fractures. Methods: The three dimensional CT images of 48 patients with complicated maxillofacial fractures were taken and the effects were observed by many directions and visual angles. Results: Three dimensional CT images were clear, direct and three dimensional on reflecting the position and type of fractures, displaced direction and distance of fracture section and relation with surrounding tissue. Conclusion: Three dimensional CT images have obviously superiority on the diagnosis of complicated and multiple maxillofacial fractures.
