摘要
目的:研究用于儿童的持续恒速皮肤扩张方法及安全灌注速度。方法:对12例儿童皮肤瘢痕患者,用微型液体泵作恒速皮肤扩张。结果:利用微泵作恒速扩张中,注水速度设置为0.2-0.3mL/h/100mL,可使患者全程无痛,扩张器内压保持在30-55mmHg之间。12例儿童患者注水扩张时间为6-18天,住院时间18-37天,Ⅱ期手术修复效果满意。结论:持续恒速皮肤扩张法适合儿童皮肤瘢痕治疗,安全灌注速度为0.2-0.3mL/h/100mL。
Objective: To research the continuous uniform speed tissue expansion technique for children and safe infusion speed. Methods: Twelve children patients with skin cicatrices were chosen for continuous expansion with micro - pumps. Safe infusion speed was investigated. Results: Under the infusion speed of 0. 2 - 0. 3 mL/h/100mL during continuous, all children completed expansion without pain and the pressure in expanders kept within the range of 30 - 50mmHg. Infusion of all expanders took 6 to 18 days and the hospital stay of patients 18 - 37 days. The second stage operations were succesful with good results. Conclusion: The continuous uniform speed expansion technique is suitable for children scar treatment and the safe infusion speed should be preset within the range of 0. 2 -0. 3mL/h/100mL.
