摘要
针对传统的变积分参数调整回路存在的不足,通过对协调控制系统压力控制回路存在的时变、大惯性、纯迟延等特性进行分析,结合模糊理论与实际工程应用环境,设计了一种实用的自适应积分时间调整策略,并将其应用于1 000 MW机组协调控制系统中,优化结果显示该自适应策略能有效减少机组压力控制的波动幅度,提高机组的稳定性能和调节品质。
In allusion to shortages of traditional variable integral parameter modification loop,a kind of practical self-adap-tive integral time adjustment strategy was designed by analyzing characteristics such as time varying,great inertia and pure delay of pressure control loop of the coordinate control system and combining fuzzy theory and application environment for the practical engineering. This strategy was applied in the coordinate control system of 1 000 MW unit and the optimization result indicated the self-adaptive strategy was able to effectively reduce fluctuation range of pressure control and improve sta-bility and adjustment quality of the unit.
