绝缘栅双极性晶体管IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)是一种新型的电力电子器件,它具有控制方便、开关速度快、工作频率高和安全工作区大等优点。随着电压、电流等级的不断提高,IGBT成为了大功率开关电源、变频调速和有源滤波器等装置的理想功率开关器件,在电力电子装置中得到了非常广泛的应用。它在DF100A型PSM短波发射机的功率开关模块中是控制700 V直流电压输出的核心电子开关,决定着该级模块的运行质量。
