摘要
对失效的主动齿轮进行了失效分析,采用宏微观形貌、化学成分和金相检验等手段,分析了主动齿轮失效的原因,结果表明其原因为齿轮胶合。应采用控制起动载荷、良好的润滑条件和跑合等措施有效预防胶合的产生。
The failure of the pinion gear failure analysis carried out, using a macro morphology, chemical composition and metallurgical testing and other means to analyze the reasons for the failure of the drive gear, the results indicate that the reason for the gear glue.
