摘要
[目的]了解云南省副猪嗜血杆菌流行毒株的生化特性。[方法]采集10头6月龄疑似猪传染性副猪嗜血杆菌病的病猪样品,用巧克力培养基进行细菌的分离与培养,并对分离菌株进行细菌的形态观察、培养特性和生化试验鉴定。[结果]成功分离出1株副猪嗜血杆菌,该分离株不需要X因子,但需要V因子。分离菌株被鉴定为副猪嗜血杆菌,从而将此病例确诊为副猪嗜血杆菌病。[结论]该研究可为进一步控制副猪嗜血杆菌的危害奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the biochemical characteristics of epidemic strains of swine Heamophilus parasuis in Yunnan Province.[Method]The diseased samples were collected 10 heads of suspected swine infected with H.parasuis.The pathogen was isolated and cultured with chocolate medium.And the isolated strain was identified by using morphologic observation,culture characteristics and biochemical tests.[Result] One strain of H.parasuis was successfully isolated.This isolated strain didn’t need X factor,but it needed V factor.[Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for controlling the damage of H.parasuis further.
