摘要
目的 探讨胚胎脊髓移植对脊髓损伤(SCI)后细胞凋亡的影响。方法 将实验动物分为损伤对照组(A组),损伤后胚胎脊髓移植组(B组),移植后10周,对SCI区的脊髓切片组织进行细胞凋亡的检测(TUNEL)以及BCL-2蛋白阳性表达的测定(免疫组化法)。结果 两组中均发现调亡细胞及BCL-2蛋白阳性表达,细胞凋亡率为A>B,BCL-2蛋白阳性表达A<B。结论 胚胎脊髓移植能抑制脊髓损伤后的细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of the fetal spinal transplants on apoptosis after spinal cord injury(SCI). Methods The adult experimental rats received lumbar spinal cord con-tusion ard were divided into two groups: the SCI group (group A) and the fetal spinal trans-ferred group (group B) . The apoptosis of spinal slice from the injured spinal cord were exam-ined by the methods of (TUNEL) and the positive expression of BCL-2 was measured immunohistochemistrically 10 weeks after -operation. Results Apoptosis and positive expression of BCL -2 were found in both groups. But the former was A > B ( P < 0. 05), and the later B > A( P <0. 05). Conclusions Fetal spinal transplants can inhibit the apoptosis and improve rats hind limb function after SCI.
