摘要
基于2003—2012年中国省级面板数据,采用静态与动态空间面板模型分析了产业集聚对区域创新能力的影响。结果显示:制造业集聚显著地促进了区域创新能力的提升,生产性服务业集聚抑制了区域创新能力的提升,研发经费投入和研发人员投入有利于区域创新能力的提升,并且研发经费投入对区域创新能力提升的贡献最大;静态空间模型对空间溢出效应产生过高估计,动态空间模型由于分离出了前期相关因素对本期的影响,使得估计结果得以部分矫正。
Using static and dynamic spatial panel models, this paper studied the effect of industrial agglomeration on re- gional innovation based on statistical data from 30 provinces in 2003 -2012 years. The results showed that: manufacturing agglomeration promoted regional innovation significantly; service producer industry agglomeration inhabited regional innova- tion ; R&D funds input and R&D person input significantly promoted regional innovation and the contribution of R&D funds input on regional innovation was the biggest; Static spatial model overestimated the effect of spatial spillover, and dynamic spatial model which separated the effect of previous related factors on the period made the estimated result more correct.
