简要介绍APV22负载敏感多路阀的组成并分析其液压原理,解析其独特的优点。重点从应用匹配维度阐述为某公司中大吨位汽车起重机上车液压系统配套负载敏感多路阀时,产品设计应关注的一些重点,并分析了该型起重机上车液压系统与主阀相关的常见故障及其原因。
This paper simply introduces the composition of load sensing manifold valve, analyses the hydraulic principle and explains the special advantages of this valve. And it mainly elaborates some important points in product design and analyses the common breakdowns and reasons related with main valve in crane upper hydraulic system from the matching aspect when supplying load-sensing manifold valve for hydraulic crane upper hydraulic system for some company.
