摘要
通过对容积量传系统运行过程中发现的问题进行分析,以理论分析为基础,利用AMESim软件对量传系统管路及阀组进行了建模仿真研究,通过仿真分析比较了阀口开度及不同压力设置以及不同管路结构形式对系统的影响,得出了系统优化配置方案。研究提高了系统的可靠性和工作效率,对实际容积量传系统的设计、优化及运行具有一定的指导意义。
The problems which are found by running volume traceability system are analysed.Then,considering the theoretical analysis, pipe-lines and valve groups of volume traceability system are modeled , simulaeted and analysed by using AMESim software.Through the simu-lating, the effects are analysed and compared from the opening degree of the valve , different pressure settings and the pipeline structures. Fi-nally, the optimization scheme on volume traceability system is concluded. Study can improve the reliability and efficiency on volume trace-ability system. It has certain guiding significance for the design, optimization and operation on volume traceability system.
