摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床应用效果。方法选取60例老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则实施优质护理服务,观察对比两组患者的血糖水平与护理满意度。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖控制情况较对照组更为理想,护理满意度则显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施优质护理服务效果显著,能有效提升临床治疗效果,提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing service on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each. The control group was given the conventional nursing, while the observation group was given the high-quality nursing service. And the level of blood glucose and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients. Results The fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were much better than those of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease, high-quality nursing service has significant effect, which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and patient nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of the patients, therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
