摘要
目的探讨少花海桐水煮醇沉提取物(简称少花海桐)镇痛作用以及对胃肠功能的影响。方法镇痛试验分别取雌性昆明小鼠进行热板痛阈及醋酸所致昆明小鼠扭体反应研究;胃肠功能试验分别对正常昆明小鼠胃排空和小肠推进运动、新斯的明所致昆明小鼠胃肠运动亢进及对蓖麻油引起的昆明小鼠腹泻作用进行研究,综合评价少花海桐的药理作用。结果少花海桐高剂量(15.0g生药/kg)、低剂量(7.5g生药/kg)均能够显著提高小鼠热板痛阈值和显著减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.01或P<0.05),能够显著抑制正常小鼠胃排空、小肠推进运动以及新斯的明所致的小鼠胃排空、小肠推进运动亢进(P<0.01);能够显著减少蓖麻油引起的小鼠腹泻次数(P<0.01),并呈现一定量效关系。结论高、低剂量少花海桐对小鼠具有显著的镇痛,抑制胃肠运动功能和止泻作用。
Objective To study the analgesic effects and gastrointestinal functions of water extraction and alcoholprecipitation of Pittosporum Pauciflorum. Methods The pharmacological effect of water extraction and alcohol precipitationof Pittosporum pauciflorum were observed by abirritation tests, gastrointestinal function tests and antidiarrhoeal test. Results The water extraction and alcohol precipitation of Pittosporum Pauciflorum could increase pain threshold of mice, reducesymptom of mice writhing, inhibit gastrointestinal peristalsis and significantly reduce the frequency of diarrhea induced bycastor oil in mice(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Water extraction and alcohol precipitation of Pittosporum pauciflorumat low and high doses possesses remarkable abirritation, restraining gastrointestinal function and antidiarrheal effect.
