摘要
目前部分医学生生命观存在着生命情感冷漠、生命价值观迷茫、生命责任感缺失的问题。因此,医学院校必须在充分利用现有条件的基础上,构建课程-环境-实践三位一体的医学生生命教育体系:确定符合专业特色的生命教育目标和内容;构建以"思政课和医学伦理学"为主体的生命教育渗透教学体系,以"生命和谐"为主题的校园文化环境熏陶体系,以"个体心理指导"为核心的生命危机防控体系,以"社会实践活动"为载体的生命教育体验体系,以"力量整合"为基础的生命教育师资保障体系以及构建以"教务处、学生处"等职能部门为中心的生命教育协调体系,以提升生命教育的针对性和有效性,促进医学生的全面发展。
At present, part of the medical students' view of life has some problems such as emotional indiffer- ence, loss of value of life and responsibility. The authors proposed that medical colleges and schools must make full use of the existing condition, building a life education system in medical students and this system contains courses, environment, practice this three parts. The followings should be paid attention to: choosing life education goals and contents comply with the professional characteristics; building penetration teaching system which takes the " ideo- logical and political lessons and medical ethics" as the main body; building campus cultural environment edification system taking "harmonious life" as the theme ; building life crisis prevention and control system with the "individu- al psychological guidance" as the core ; building life education experience system with the " social practice" as the carrier; building the life education teaching guarantee system on the basis of " strength integration" ; building the coordinate system with the student affairs and teaching affairs office as the center, in order to enhance the perti- nence and effectiveness of life education, promote the comprehensive development of medical students.
