摘要
目前部分医学生生命观存在着生命情感冷漠、生命价值观迷茫、生命责任感缺失的问题。因此,医学院校必须在充分利用现有条件的基础上,构建课程-环境-实践三位一体的医学生生命教育体系:确定符合专业特色的生命教育目标和内容;构建以"思政课和医学伦理学"为主体的生命教育渗透教学体系,以"生命和谐"为主题的校园文化环境熏陶体系,以"个体心理指导"为核心的生命危机防控体系,以"社会实践活动"为载体的生命教育体验体系,以"力量整合"为基础的生命教育师资保障体系以及构建以"教务处、学生处"等职能部门为中心的生命教育协调体系,以提升生命教育的针对性和有效性,促进医学生的全面发展。
At present, part of the medical students＇ view of life has some problems such as emotional indiffer- ence, loss of value of life and responsibility. The authors proposed that medical colleges and schools must make full use of the existing condition, building a life education system in medical students and this system contains courses, environment, practice this three parts. The followings should be paid attention to： choosing life education goals and contents comply with the professional characteristics; building penetration teaching system which takes the ＂ ideo- logical and political lessons and medical ethics＂ as the main body; building campus cultural environment edification system taking ＂harmonious life＂ as the theme ; building life crisis prevention and control system with the ＂individu- al psychological guidance＂ as the core ; building life education experience system with the ＂ social practice＂ as the carrier; building the life education teaching guarantee system on the basis of ＂ strength integration＂ ; building the coordinate system with the student affairs and teaching affairs office as the center, in order to enhance the perti- nence and effectiveness of life education, promote the comprehensive development of medical students.
