摘要
黄连素(berberine,BBR)是从黄连Coptidis Rhizoma、黄柏Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex等中药中提取出的一种生物碱。该类中药用以治疗细菌性胃肠炎、痢疾等消化道疾病已有上千年的历史。近年研究表明,黄连素具有降血糖、血脂,抗炎,抗氧化等多种药理作用;并对2型糖尿病及糖尿病性肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)、糖尿病性心血管疾病、糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)等糖尿病并发症有较好的缓解及保护作用。文章就黄连素降血糖和防治上述2型糖尿病并发症方面的文献报道进行简要综述,为进一步研究和推广黄连素的应用提供参考。
Berberine （BBR） is a type of alkaloids isolated from Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex and has been used to treat bacterial gastroenteritis, diarrhea and other digestive diseases for more than 1 000 years. According to recent studies, ber- berinc has been found to have multiple pharmacological activities, including lowering blood glucose and lipid, anti-inflammation, anti- oxidation, relieving type 2 diabetic nephropathy （DN） , diabetic cardiovascular disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） and other complications. In this article, the authors summarized the literature reports about the effects of BBR in lowering blood glucose and preventing and treating the above type 2 diabetes and its complications, in order to provide reference to further studies and promotion of BBR＇s application.
