摘要
命门学说不仅从人体系统的有序、稳定来认识机体和疾病,而且把人体五脏系统的有序、稳定理解为生命体"自组织"的状态和结果,这种自组织的基本机制表现在形神合一、天人合一状态下的心肾相交、水火相济以及修道养生状态下的疏通经络、精气返还(还丹)。这个作用过程是非线性的,作用的结果是建立、维持、提高机体有序稳定的阴平阳秘生命状态,实现养生、康复和延年益寿。
The theory of Mingrnen not only from the human body system orderly and stable to meet the body and illness, and the body＇s five zang- organs system orderly and stable understanding for life ＂ self- organization＂ status, and as a result, the basic mechanism of self -organization in apt, the condition of nature and humanity＇s heart kidney intersection, fire, water, and keeping in good health condi- tion of economic as well as the cultivation of dredging meridians, nutrients return （Dan）. This process is nonlinear, the role of the results is set up, maintain and improve the body＇s orderly and stable state of Yin pingyang secret life, health, rehabilitation, and prolong life.
