摘要
概述了激光熔覆技术的工艺特点、熔覆材料和工艺方法等。针对飞机主起落架活塞杆零件材料及承力特点,开展了疲劳裂纹修复相关试验研究。结果表明,在无任何热处理条件下,采用激光熔覆技术修复飞机零件疲劳裂纹,可以获得符合零件设计要求的规定疲劳寿命。该方法也为进一步提高飞机零部件的使用寿命提供了一个有效的途径。
This paper formulates features of laser cladding, cladding material and technological method, etc. Aiming at characteristics of part materials and load of piston rod in main undercarriage of aircraft, experiments and research related to repair of fatigue crack were carried out. The results show that fatigue lifetime of part design can be gained by technology of laser cladding for repair of fatigue crack of aircraft parts with no heat treatment. This technology provides a very effective way to enhance service life of aircraft parts.
