摘要
采用两段糠醛抽提工艺 ,对轻脱脱蜡油和减三线脱蜡油进行了糠醛再抽提试验。试验结果表明 :以我厂轻脱脱蜡油和减三线脱蜡油为原料经糠醛再抽提和白土补充精制后得到的基础油粘度指数可增加 2～ 9个单位 ,碱性氮明显降低 。
Two section furfural extraction process was used to re-extract the deasphalted dewaxing oil and vacuum cut 3 dewaxing oil produced by Jingmen Subsidiary of SINOPEC.As a result,after clay finishing,the VI of base oil could be increased 2～9 unit,with lowered basic nitrogen,and oxidation stability could meet the requirement of MVI standard for base oil.
